摘要: 本文設(shè)計(jì)了新一代智慧變電站集中監(jiān)控輔助決策系統(tǒng)，提出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則與框架，詳細(xì)介紹了核心技術(shù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試和驗(yàn)證。

Abstract: This paper designs a centralized monitoring and decision support system for a new generation smart substation, proposes design principles and framework, details core technologies and implementation methods, and tests and verifies the system.
