摘要: 本文基于電力系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)頻率響應(yīng)的動態(tài)特性,構(gòu)建新能源電力系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)頻率響應(yīng)模型,推導(dǎo)頻率特征值約束,并納入多區(qū)域電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,采用分解算法進(jìn)行求解。Abstract: This paper proposes a frequency safety constrained optimal dispatching strategy for multi-area power systems considering the reverse distribution of new energy, based on the dynamic characteristics of power system node frequency response.
